At Pluga Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for both physical and digital products.





1. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products)



You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:


  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item is significantly different from the description



To qualify:


  • The product must be unused
  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Proof of purchase must be provided






2. Non-Returnable Items



  • Downloaded digital products
  • Opened software or license codes
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Clearance/discounted items (final sale)






3. Digital Products



Digital items are non-refundable, except if:


  • The file is corrupted
  • You cannot access the download
  • A technical issue on our side prevents use



We will resolve by replacing the file or providing access.





4. Refund Process



Once your return is received and inspected:


  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method



Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.





5. Exchanges



We replace defective or incorrect items at no cost.
